- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including active sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Conduct in-depth market research/mapping and leveraging market insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by being a true partner and advisor in the process
- Efficiently manage requisitions while aligning with stakeholder expectations.
- Manage the candidate journey through the recruitment process
- Manage job ad creation and posting
- Shortlist candidates to ensure top talent acquisition
- Effectively utilize and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment and selection processes to attract the best talent.
- Fluency in both English and Turkish (both spoken and written). Polish is not a must but highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Industry experience would be a plus
- Confident and experienced at managing stakeholders
- Experienced at translating market data into the market insights while providing recommendations to the hiring community
- Workday ATS experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
