C.H. Robinson is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Payroll & HR Specialist to join our EMEA Human Resources Shared Services Center (HRSSC) in Wrocław. In this role, you will support key payroll and HR administration processes across Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, payroll providers, and benefits vendors. If you're ready to take the next step in your HR career in a dynamic, global environment — we want to hear from you!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Being responsible for HR operations across EMEA, focusing on payroll, employee benefits, and data managementAdminister employee lifecycle documentation including contracts, terminations, and HR lettersCoordinate inputs for payroll, validate payroll reports, proceeding with payments and respond to HR and payroll inquiriesBeing responsible for post payroll activitiesMaintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulationsCollaborate with HR vendors and checking invoicesCooperation with Finance on common processesParticipate in HR projects, process improvements and automations within the shared services modelLiaise with internal departments and external authorities as neededBeing responsible for any legal updates related to HR processesParticipating in internal and external audits and governmental statisticsRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in an HR role with exposure to payroll and/or benefits or finance and accountingFluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and analyticalKnowledge of systems (accounting/payroll/HR etc.)Strong experience with Excel and enjoyment in working with numbersExperience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environmentAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with labor laws and payroll or accounting standardsGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work both: independently and on group projectsWHAT WE OFFERComprehensive onboarding programFriendly work atmosphere within an ambitious and cohesive teamAccess to a training platform for continuous learningHybrid work options after probation periodBenefits package including MyBenefit cafeteria system, private medical care, and additional life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program: Lyra is a new and enhanced EAP provider.
