
Customer Loyalty & Network Expert

- Support aftermarket strategic goals by enhancing customer satisfaction (NPS), expanding market reach, and improving marketing efficiency and ROI.
- Implement, monitor, and optimize regional customer experience initiatives targeting diverse audiences such as independent workshops (IWS), installers, IAM distributors, fleets, and ZF partners.
- Manage and develop audience-specific loyalty programs including [pro]Tech, [pro]Points, Achievers Program, ZF Service Partner, and others across all business lines.
- Co-create and execute country-specific network development strategies in close collaboration with business lines (BLs).
- Ensure a consistent brand and customer experience across all customer segments within the country/zone.
- Initiate and co-organize key customer events in cooperation with Regional Marketing and Business Lines teams.
- Collaborate closely with global CX, Loyalty, and Network teams, as well as PC Service & Network and Regional Marketing.
- Analyze performance data to refine customer engagement strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience, Loyalty, or Marketing roles, ideally within international and matrix organizations.
- Proven track record in managing B2B and B2C customer programs; experience in the automotive aftermarket is a plus.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with an outside-in perspective and deep market understanding.
- Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket and service network landscape in the region is an advantage.
- Experience in organizing customer events and local initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in direct customer engagement.
- Fluency in both English and Polish (spoken and written) is required.
