- Lead global Application Support Management team (c.a. 30 team members)
- Ensure smooth, undisrupted flow of transactions and processes
- Ensure quality and correctness of processed transactions as well as high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive process alignment and continuous improvement activities across countries and regions
- Continuously look for process and service efficiencies as well scope enhancement opportunities
- Ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders i.e. HR, IT, Business Process Management, vendors
- Provide continuous and vital contribution to the Workday and PeopleDoc enhancement process
- Ensure smooth roll outs of team's support for newly embraced geographies, Business Units and functionalities (related mainly to PeopleDoc)
- Act as escalation point in case of issues, related to the scope of services delivered by the team
- Ensure smooth resolution of service issues
- Ensure the support for potential new HR tools being embraced is extended smoothly
- Proactively manage risks and issues, escalate timely through appropriate channels
- Act as Business Owner for the HR ticketing system
- Act as the “voice of HR” and make business decisions regarding the ticketing system changes and improvements
- Act as “speaking partner” for the technology team when it goes to ticketing system updates and enhancements
- Willingness to travel globally
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in roles related to Information Systems Management, preferably in HR
- Excellent functional knowledge of HR tools and ticketing systems
- Practical knowledge of Workday HR system
- Experience in global leadership roles, preferably in shared services or BPO environment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading global, dispersed teams preferably in HR and/or IT
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record in leading functional support service delivery, based on established performance indicators
- Strong risk and issue management skills
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in implementing tangible service improvements
- Practical process and service (re)design skills
- Ability and willingness to work in demanding, fast-paced, transformational environment
- Advanced English (minimum C1 level), additional language will be an asset;
