Support and leadership for International Collections Team based in Poland
Attending regular and ad hoc calls with Customers regarding outstanding balances
Escalation and resolution of Collections problems
Leading internal calls with Account Managers, Account Directors, Senior Management and Client Relations Teams
Reviewing ageing reports, identyfying top debtors and conducting bad debt analysis
Collections closing activities
KPIs analysis and follow up
Meetings with customers to resolve past due issues
Partake in internal and external audit requirements
Partake in outside collections process
Participation in Collection Process Improvement projects

QualificationsEducation & Experience:

Preferable Degree in one of the following: Finance Accounting Administration or Economics
Intermediate Excel knowledge is required
Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications is required
Experience with ERP Systems is an advantage
Great customer service skills are a must have

Preferred Qualifications:

3- 5 years in collections handling international accounts (Desirable APAC/ EMEA)
Experience in leading your own team
English C1 level
Experience in cooperation with internal teams
Experience with Tax law for Asia and EMEA is an advantage
