- Support and leadership for International Collections Team based in Poland
- Attending regular and ad hoc calls with Customers regarding outstanding balances
- Escalation and resolution of Collections problems
- Leading internal calls with Account Managers, Account Directors, Senior Management and Client Relations Teams
- Reviewing ageing reports, identyfying top debtors and conducting bad debt analysis
- Collections closing activities
- KPIs analysis and follow up
- Meetings with customers to resolve past due issues
- Partake in internal and external audit requirements
- Partake in outside collections process
- Participation in Collection Process Improvement projects
- Preferable Degree in one of the following: Finance Accounting Administration or Economics
- Intermediate Excel knowledge is required
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications is required
- Experience with ERP Systems is an advantage
- Great customer service skills are a must have
- 3- 5 years in collections handling international accounts (Desirable APAC/ EMEA)
- Experience in leading your own team
- English C1 level
- Experience in cooperation with internal teams
- Experience with Tax law for Asia and EMEA is an advantage
