Job Category: Human ResourcesJob Description:About a role:The Talent HR Business Partner provides technical and administrative assistance relating to the onboarding process for staff to be hired managing the processes not needed to carry out physically and doing all the tasks related to standard report and follow up of data regarding talent development. This includes handling relevant documentation, maintaining communication with candidates, selection and recruitment team, medical services, HR SSC and the members of the internal HR department and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating medical examinations, communicating with candidates and recruitment teams, and ensuring information flow within set deadlines.
  • Organize and confirm appointments, and communicate medical examination results to candidates and relevant departments.
  • Coordinate and confirm the employment start date; send all necessary information and documentation to relevant departments (e.g., SERMEC, SSC, Payroll).
  • Manage access passes for employees and vehicles; inform relevant departments/facilities in advance about new hires.
  • Prepare and send employment contracts, addenda, and compensation and benefits information.
  • Finalize and dispatch onboarding reports and documentation to appropriate departments.
  • Close the hiring file by sending all required signed documents and onboarding memos to SSC.
  • Track and report on talent development processes (eGEDP): collect data, prepare periodic and individual reports for managers and HR.
  • Upload data regarding succession plans, performance ratings, and high-potential employees to HR systems.
  • Prepare various reports related to the exempt employee population and other ad-hoc reporting tasks.
Requirements:
  • University degree (preferred fields: HR, Business Administration, Organization, Legal Studies, or related).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and SAP HR tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Well-developed communication skills and a strong customer orientation (internal and external).
  • Team player with adaptability and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrates responsibility and commitment to task completion.
