Job Category: Human ResourcesJob Description: ResponsibilitiesPrepare, consolidate, and deliver recurring HR reports and analyses (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high data quality.Maintain and update reporting tools (e.g., BSC tool, HR dashboards).Consolidate and analyze HR and operational data (staffing, working hours, KPIs, cost models).Monitor hiring request status and compliance with internal procedures.Support financial and strategic workforce planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance tracking.Coordinate annual workforce planning processes and reporting for management and regulatory requirements.Provide inputs for corporate reporting (e.g., SSG&A, ESG data).Ensure compliance documentation is prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time. RequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in HR controlling, reporting, or workforce analytics roles.Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR, OneHRIS).Proficiency in reporting and BI tools (e.g., SAP queries, Power BI, BW/BI, Analysis for Office, thinkcell).Solid understanding of HR KPIs, workforce planning, and compliance metrics.Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Team player with a customer-oriented approach and adaptability to changing priorities.About Us:ArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 16 countries.
