Req ID 80170 | Warsaw, Poland, ZF Automotive Systems Poland Sp. z o.o.About the team:ZF Aftermarket is looking for a Supply Chain Planner - Focus S&OP to support our European S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Category teams to ensure forecast accuracy, optimal inventory levels, and exceptional service to our customers.This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, S&OP experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.Your tasks as a S&OP Planner (m/f/d):

Support the monthly S&OP process in Europe
Align forecasts with Sales and Category teams
Ensure consensus planning across the region
Collaborate with regional teams to balance supply & demand
Optimize inventory across your assigned markets
Participate in projects with global teams
Build relationships that power our customer-first supply chain

Your profile as a S&OP Planner (m/f/d):

3-5 years in supply chain or operations planning (min. 1 in S&OP)
Good Excel + SAP skills (SAP IBP is a plus)
Fluent in English
Analytical thinker + great communicator
Key stakeholder management skills; strong strategic agility and high influencing skills
