- Be the go-to person for 1st and 2nd line technical support, ensuring our teams have the tools they need to succeed,
- Take an active role in the management of ICT infrastructure, including exciting projects related to servers and networks,
- Provide essential support in Identity Access Management (IAM),
- Contribute to key Active Directory administrative tasks,
- Dive into data, developing insightful reporting for End-User Services using Power BI and other innovative tools,
- Play a crucial part in maintaining security configurations, access controls, and compliance for M365 & Entra ID, ensuring our systems are robust and secure,
- Occasionally travel to our client's office in the Netherlands for project collaboration and team meetings, gaining valuable international exposure.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role,
- Solid knowledge of M365 and Active Directory services,
- A good grasp of various ICT systems and applications,
- Communicative English (minimum B2) - you'll be working in an international environment,
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills,
- A proactive mindset and a genuine eagerness to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced IT landscape.
