- Develop and maintain Communication & Change Management strategies, collaborating closely with business product owners through a regular cadence of interactions, sustaining strong partnerships.
- Map out change journeys for impacted users to support targeted, multi-messaged communications for the Change Management strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on opportunities to effectively solve problems by acquiring feedback from customers via voice of the customer to deliver back to product owners for continuous product improvement.
- Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, change readiness assessments, and assist in identifying key stakeholders, ensuring their support and addressing their concerns.
- Ensure consistent messaging, communication timing, and share best practices across the Portfolio Enablement team by collaborating with Project Managers. Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications to inform partners about the change, its benefits, and the implementation process including project communications, training materials, Viva Engage announcements, surveys, newsletters, one-pagers, etc to deliver according to the training plan.
- Facilitate the preparation of Steering Committee and Quarterly Business Review materials.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress to evaluate effectiveness and update as needed to ensure successful project implementation.
- Gather feedback and lessons learned post-implementation to improve future change management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field
- Change Management Certification (e.g PROSCI, CCMP)
- 5+ years of overall work experience
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proven ability to develop and implement change management plans in a regulatory and technology environment
- Strong knowledge in applications (including Microsoft Power Platform)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or business-related field.
