- Articulate the impact of various options and leverage analytics to make informed recommendations across multiple product lines.
- Partner with senior Account Managers and Regional Sales Teams to retain existing clients and generate new business opportunities by managing contract reviews and midterm adjustments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and foster growth.
- Respond effectively to complex client needs and questions, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and transparency standards to serve clients better.
- Coordinate RFPs and other project-related topics for sales teams and clients.
- 6+ years of overall experience within this 5 years in risk management, insurance, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in evaluating risks, analyzing financial data, and developing client solutions.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret loss experience and financials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- A proactive can-do approach to client service and business development.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role within insurance or risk management.
- Fluency in any other European language.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes.
- Ability to develop and coordinate innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- A track record of building lasting internal/external client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
