The candidate must have:

1+ year of experience as a Security Analyst
Technical knowledge of OWASP top 10

Understanding of frameworks such as CVSS

Fair knowledge on both Windows and Linux systems

Good programming and debugging skills with at least 1 programming language

Proficiency in English that enables effective communication in an international environment, especially about security threats nature, explaining consequences of threats, and explaining mitigation steps
Ability to debug and find solutions under pressure
Ability to guide the team into direction to address security issue
Ability to help on-call (around one bigger incident per month)
Ability to cover processes and services in the EST time zone
Ability to context switch - especially when a lot of priority events happen

The recruitment process for the Security Analyst position has following steps:

Technical survey ~ 10min
Technical screening - 30 min
Technical interview - 1h-2h (depending on your experience and how fast we can go through some things)
Interview with manager - ~30 min
