- End to end project management of complex projects in the field of Electronic Financial Transactions across Europe.
- Develop project plans that display milestones, monitor progress, and conduct regular project reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and manage changes in scope and schedules.
- Ensure that projects scope is communicated and understood amongst the stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations and concerns.
- Identify risks on a timely manner, as well as provide mitigation plans and seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
- Maintain regular reporting of projects’ status in company portal and to project stakeholders in written.
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related academic field.
- A minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments preferably within the financial services and/or banking sectors. Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
- Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams towards achieving project objectives.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, highly interested in learning and adopting to changing environments.
- Strong planning and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging and international environment is essential.
- Analytical, out of the box thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Process driven, proactive in anticipating problems and potential solutions well in advance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and oral.
