
Maintenance Manager

- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely servicing and repairs of machinery, equipment and facility.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff, including technicians and engineers.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet maintenance goals and deadlines.
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment breakdowns.
- Utilize predictive maintenance tools and techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) to anticipate failures.
- Lead root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure rapid response to breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and external services.
- Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments related to maintenance operations.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Implement best practices and lean maintenance techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyse maintenance data and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports for senior management on maintenance performance, issues, and improvement plans.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or related department
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge (TPM, LOTO, other)
