Visit our website:As Tribe Lead Digital Workplace, you are part of the Digital Infrastructure Portfolio within D&T and report to the Digital Infrastructure Portfolio Manager. You lead two Product Teams (Digital Workplace and Directory Services), owning the Digital Workplace vision, strategy, and roadmap.Your role is to define HEINEKEN's Enterprise Digital Workplace capabilities, ensuring employees can work securely and effectively from any location or device with an excellent user experience. You guide Product Owners to represent the customer voice, align with stakeholders, and maximize the value delivered by your teams.The Digital Infrastructure Portfolio also includes the Connectivity, Cloud & Hosting tribes, and the Field Services and Software Asset Management Competence Centers.Your responsibilities would include:
  • owning the combined roadmap of the Directory Services and Digital Workplace product teams
  • leading vendor and contract management of the Digital Workplace and the Directory Services partners to maximise the value and service delivery quality
  • setting up and nurturing high-performing teams by establishing clear goals, fostering collaboration, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement
  • overseeing financial governance of the product teams in the Tribe, including all expenditures (capital and operating expenses) and proceeds (charge-outs to HEINEKEN operating companies, OPCOs)
  • developing the annual budgets and contributing to the annual 5-year planning to project the long-term run rate
  • managing internal stakeholders across:
  • all Functional domains (e.g. Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance)
  • 4 D&T Hubs in each region
  • Global Information Security
  • Business Application teams
  • maintaining a culture of high-level Security in the product teams and coordination with the Global Information Security portfolio.
You are a good candidate if you have:
  • Master's degree in IT
  • experience of 8 years of experience required in a complex international environment
  • strong and demonstrated leadership experience in the Digital Workplace and Directory services in a multinational environment
  • experience as the inspirational coaching manager for the Product Owners in the Tribe
  • experience in managing global teams (combining internal employees and external partners), creating a trusted, business-focused mindset, and developing secure design strategies for related services
  • experience in identifying, selecting, and implementing relevant new technologies and influencing the business with a formal global financial business case for its related services
  • an entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences, including senior management
  • sense of urgency to enable & support OpCos and its Operations with the related services
  • excellent written and verbal English
  • functional competencies:
  • Digital Workplace
  • IAM, especially MS directory products
  • Service Delivery (ITIL) and IT Operations Support
  • Cybersecurity
  • Quality and Assurance
  • preferably PSPO certified.
