Job Title Order Fulfillment InternJob DescriptionYour role:Managing standard and non-standard sales ordersProcessing order activities or changes in SAP and other supporting applications.Maintaining relations with suppliers and creating purchase orders for our factoriesMaintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Factories, and other departments within Philips GBS)Providing excellent customer service for our customersReporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.You're the right fit if:Currently studying Bachelor’s degree or Master's degreeAvailability to work 32-40h/per week (preferably full-time)Strong organizational and communication skillsFluent English written and spoken (at least B2)Knowledge of MS Office package would be a great plusSelf-driven and proactive, able to work independently in a virtual environmentIn return, we offer you:6-month internship based on a civil contract with competitive remuneration.Flexible working hours, easily adaptable to your university schedule.Possibility to build your career in an international company that brings innovations that matter.Work in an international environment and the possibility to use English in everyday activities.Discount for Multisport card, which enables you to use a wide range of sports and recreation facilities across Poland.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
