In this role, you'll ensure compliant and accurate payroll delivery, collaborate with external providers and support process improvements across the region.Project information:

Location: Gdańsk; hybrid working model
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Languages: English
Working hours: Mon-Fr (business working hours)
Salary range: 13000 - 15000 PLN gross (depending on the years of experience)

Responsibilities:Manage monthly German payroll and statutory requirementsPartner with vendors and internal teams to drive accuracy and efficiencyAct as a go-to contact for payroll queries and auditsProvide reports, reconciliations and support on regional payroll initiativesContribute to process improvements and cross-country payroll supportRequirements:2+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on work with German payrollSolid knowledge of German payroll law and complianceFluent EnglishStrong Excel skillsDetail-focused, collaborative and problem-solving mindsetWe offer:
