- Lead and oversee multiple complex, multi-country transition projects across Europe and Mumbai, setting strategic direction.
- Manage and mentor a team of transition managers, driving high performance and development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic plans, business cases, and ensure seamless execution.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence across regions.
- Engage with executive stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and adjusting plans proactively.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes.
- Establish advanced reporting frameworks and KPIs to monitor project impact and organizational readiness.
- Facilitate strategic decision-making through steering committees and cross-functional workshops.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-country transition projects within matrix organizations.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives.
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Experience in the insurance industry or regulated sectors.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Multilingual skills (French, Spanish, German, Italian).
- Proven success leading organizational change at a senior level.
