- Provide strategic finance partnering to sales, finance and functions leaders (Marketing, Supply Chain etc.) for the Europe CEE legacy Healthcare business.
- Lead initiatives to improve market growth and profitability: Revenue and innovation growth, pricing strategy, capital investment plan and gross margin improvement actions
- Communicate and influence across business partners, incl. Ecolab functions, market leaders, Supply Chain and others on various business and financial matters
- Prepare presentation materials to support Sr. Leadership (Finance, Sales, Marketing) in business planning, strategic review meetings and monthly financial reviews
- Drive special projects, process improvement and analysis for wider division as required (especially in the area of commercial finance)
- Support in the areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis

- Ability to work cross functionally, driving understanding of financial decisions and impacts with non-finance stakeholders
- Work experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, or financial management reporting in a multinational company
- Understanding of the business decisions effect on financial performance and accounting processes
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in Finance, an accounting certification in progress or completed would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis
- English fluency mandatory and strong communication skills.
