You will have the unique opportunity to develop and deploy advanced Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, Design Next-Gen ML models contributing to HSBC's digital transformation and positioning it at the forefront of AI-driven banking solutions.What you'll do

Develop, test, and implement ML models. This involves developing solutions to solve complex problems in collaboration with Business and AI team members.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards, safeguarding sensitive customer and business information while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also supporting team members, ensuring timely high-quality delivery.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

Proven experience of working with advance coding in Python, and familiarity with some of the key Python libraries - TensorFlow, LangChain, PyTorch, Plotly, Dash, Scikit-learn is a must.
High degree of understanding on Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, Time-Series and Prediction Models would be helpful.
Strong proficiency in software development with expertise in backend technologies, with good proficiency in Database technology is recommended.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
