Hours: 40h/weekAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account and Market Activation Analyst to join our Global Account and Market Administration (GAMA) team. The team is responsible for opening and maintaining accounts for clients across EMEA, working closely with Relationship Managers, clients, and internal teams.In this role, you will support clients through market transitions, ensure documentation is collected and executed on time, and act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who wants to develop in the financial services sector.Responsibilities:
- Manage market transitions for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely collection and execution of documentation.
- Act as the link between clients, Relationship Managers, and internal operational teams.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress against deadlines.
- Guide clients through requirements and provide day-to-day support.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and Word.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and meeting strict deadlines.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Background in financial services.
- Previous client-facing experience.
- Flexibility and strong teamwork skills.
