- Assists payroll specialists in all countries of the region
- Has a thorough understanding of international assignees and payroll nuances
- Reconciles 3rd party payments
- Resolves complex general ledger issues using advanced Excel skills
- Provides data and assists with all audits
- Assists with documentation for payroll team
- Serves as subject matter expert on regional specific items
- Leads special projects as required
- Language skills - fluent in English and Spanish (Italian would be an advantage)
- Interest in payroll processes, general understanding of payroll environment
- Advanced in Excel
- Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication; both oral and written
- Proven ability to sustain strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Drive & self-motivation with the ability to work independently
