You will play a key role in testing new system functionalities, guiding users, and coordinating with global stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure successful implementation and data migration.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements team in preparation and implementation tasks;
Prepare and co-drive fit-to-template workshops for CORE template implementation;
Test new system functionalities and support User Acceptance Tests (UATs);
Conduct exploratory testing;
Guide and support users in implementing new functionalities;
Document processes;
Coordinate with global stakeholders regarding implementation;
Collaborate with third-party providers;
Manage cutover activities and data migration.

WHO YOU ARE:Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Preferably a university degree or equivalent, with a focus on Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management, specifically Pricing & Commercial Agreements, or equivalent progressive working experience;
5+ years of experience in Contract-to-Cash or Supply Chain Management, particularly in managing pricing and commercial agreements in SAP;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Proactive, can-do attitude;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Advanced experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP;
Problem-solving skills;
Ability to embrace change and work in a dynamic environment;
Willingness and availability to travel.
