- Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Support the Head of Talent and HR Business Partner in daily HR operations and projects.
- Manage and update HR systems (HRIS, ATS) to ensure smooth operation of performance management and engagement processes.
- Maintain and improve our HR knowledge base on Confluence by organizing content and updating HR policy documentation.
- Assist with HR project support through data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks and respond to manager inquiries, escalating complex issues where needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the HR function.
- Ensure a positive employee experience by providing accurate and timely HR support.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, with strong knowledge of HR processes.
- Hands-on experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in HR process optimization or automation projects.
- Strong content creation/editing skills for HR documentation.
- Experience supporting international teams or working in a global environment.
