Ac as key enabler to achieve company vision by providing transparency in results by means of recurring and ad hoc financial planning, reporting and analysis.
Working with financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP BW Queries, Workbooks, Reports…) and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau) ensuring systems driving efficiency and effectiveness towards a state-of-the-art end-results
Manages the execution of financial planning and reporting processes (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports), ensuring accurate and consistent financial results provided across all deliverables
Conduct ad hoc analyses at the request of top management to support fact-based decision-making. Extract data from financial management systems and deliver well-formatted reports with insightful comments.
Contribute to design and standardization of efficient financial reporting processes and dashboards (e.g., Monthly Business Review, P&L reports, Store P&L) to support business steering
Develop and standardize financial governance instruments and processes e.g. financial steering concept, dimensions, attributes and KPIs
Acts as advisor/sparring partner to local & central teams on financial planning & reporting related topic
Plan, execute, and/or lead selected special projects that require cross-functional engagement and collaboration with external stakeholders. Plan, schedule, and control project activities to meet objectives and satisfy project requirements..

About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

Master degree, ideally in Business, Finance or Economics
5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of SAP BW, Tableau, Anaplan and Tagetik -or similar tools- would be an asset
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
