Senior People Business PartnerResponsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, supporting them in all people-related matters to drive business performance
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Lead and support the implementation of key HR processes and programs across the employee lifecycle, including talent development, compensation review, and employee relations
- Analyze HR metrics and business data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes in alignment with internal policies and local labor law
- Drive cross-functional HR initiatives and projects in areas such as DE&I, wellbeing, retention, and change management
- Identify talent risks and proactively contribute to mitigation strategies to support long-term organizational growth
- Support HRBP team members by sharing best practices, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the overall maturity of the HR function
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local employment regulations
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably in an international and dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and employment law
- Proven experience in partnering with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and support in equal measure
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, lead change, and drive results through others
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to guide decisions
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Polish is a strong asset
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in shared services, tech, or manufacturing environments is a plus
