- Service Requirements Analysis: Ensure all Service Requirements are clearly understood, captured, and traced throughout the order execution lifecycle.
- Customer Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with Business Analysts and Product Owners, aligning business analysis efforts with domain strategies.
- Test Planning and Execution: Lead Increment planning meetings with the Testing Team, overseeing the creation, traceability, and validation of test cases for specific product.
- Feature Breakdown: Decompose high-level business requirements into smaller, testable components and oversee their successful implementation.
- Documentation Review: Collaborate with other stakeholders to review technical documentation and ensure business accuracy.
- Observation Management: Address and resolve observations raised during order execution, tracking them effectively through Jira dashboards.
- Support for Non-Functional Requirements: Provide business insights to the Non-Functional Requirements team to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Reporting: Deliver regular status updates on BA activities to the Project Manager and Domain Product Owner.
- Aviation Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the aviation sector and proven experience working in one or more of the following areas: aeronautical data management, air traffic management (ATM), flight planning, air traffic control (ATC) capacity planning.
- Business Analysis: Proven track record of capturing user requirements for complex system-of-systems architectures.
- Test Planning: Experience leading test case creation, ensuring traceability, and working closely with testing teams.
- Communication: Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Jira or equivalent tools for requirements and observation management.
- Education: University degree in System Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent English (oral and written); Spanish or French is a plus.
- Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or requirements management.
- TOGAF or ArchiMate certification.
