- Take full ownership of global technical projects – from scoping and planning to execution and post-implementation reviews.
- Lead the modification and replacement of components across production lines worldwide, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with global technical and financial strategies.
- Coordinate and align activities with local and global engineering teams, procurement, finance, and factory representatives.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, identifying mitigation plans and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Drive effective communication and transparency with all project participants, including negotiations with factories and resolution of change resistance.
- Monitor project KPIs, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
- At least 2 years of experience managing or coordinating projects, ideally in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing setting.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional, international projects involving multiple stakeholders and locations
- Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience in budget management and cost control
- High level of cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across different time zones and organizational levels
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills – especially in high-pressure or change-resistant environments
- Interest in and ability to collaborate closely with technical departments, both at the global and local level
- Structured, analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
