PerkinElmer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (French speaker) to source, screen and recruit the next generation of talent for our organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with Hiring Managers and the human resources department to recruit the best-qualified and best-fit candidates for job vacancies. The position requires an energetic, creative, and results oriented individual ready to positively influence the growth of PerkinElmer.*** This is a fixed term contract. ****** Role can be remote, but performed from Poland ***Responsibilities:This Talent Acquisition Partner role is responsible for full life cycle recruitment and will:Consult with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand job requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategiesExplore business needs, source, recruit, identify qualified applicants, and facilitate interviewsConduct active searches of candidates for the designated jobs, while reviewing incoming applicantsBuild networks and community relationships to attract passive applicantsEnsure each applicant's progression through the selection process is documented in the applicant tracking system.Conduct pre-screening/selection of incoming resumesEnsure good communication with candidates & hiring managers throughout the processManage candidate processes (schedule meetings/assessments, etc.) and give feedback to the candidatesMaintain recruiting Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements and be proactive in achieving the expectations of customers/employeesEnsure that work performed is in accordance with the procedures of PerkinElmer, corporate HR, and delivered within a specified time-frameEnsure compliance with local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing processPosition Requirements:2+ year experience of full life cycle recruiting in a corporate and/or agency environmentProven track record implementing full recruiting life-cycle strategies to attract and hire exempt and non-exempt candidatesExcellent communication skills - full professional level of English & FrenchDemonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS); preferably WorkdayPreferred Qualifications:Proven ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology-based recruiting techniquesDemonstrated knowledge/experience using job boards, social media, direct sourcing and referral programsProficient in skill and behavioral based interviewingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent persuasion and negotiation skills coupled with the ability to work collaboratively across the companyStrong interpersonal, persuasive and presentation skillsAbility to build and manage trusting relationshipsWhat we offer:Private healthcare including dental care - MEDICOVER,Life and long-term disability insurance,MyBenefit Cafeteria system,Multisport Card,Social Fund Subsidies,Home Office allowance,Tuition reimbursement,Internal career development opportunities in multiple business areas,Day off to celebrate your birthday, and up to 3 additional days of vacation by length of service in the company.Join our Team!We are strongly committed to the development of your career and giving you opportunities to learn and grow.We make a difference for you while you make a difference in the world!
