This is a great opportunity for students, graduates, or career starters who want to build a career in logistics within a global company.What you will doAs a Junior Logistics Specialist, you will support our logistics team in managing the flow of materials and products. Don’t worry if you haven’t done this before - we will teach you! You’ll learn how logistics works in a global company while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard systems.Your responsibilities will include:Inbound logisticsHelping to track and process deliveries coming from suppliersSupporting the recording of goods in our system (SAP)Communicating with partners to solve small issues or delaysOutbound logisticsAssisting with order processing and shipment planningLearning how to schedule transport and confirm deliveriesSupporting the dispatch process and ensuring documents are correctStock & inventory supportHelping to monitor stock levels and resolve basic discrepanciesSupporting regular stock counts with the warehouse teamCollaboration & learningWorking with different departments (Planning, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service)Supporting simple reporting tasks and learning how systems connect (e.g., SAP, EDI)What we are looking forWe don’t expect you to have logistics experience yet! Instead, we value:Interest in supply chain, logistics, or international businessCuriosity and willingness to learn new systems (we’ll train you in SAP and our processes)Good organizational and communication skillsProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailLanguages: English is required, French is a big plus.
