Come grow with us.Circle K Business Center Poland is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as:Facility Service Center Agent with Danish Language skillsCircle K is currently looking for 2nd line Facility Service Center Agent. Person who will take role of Facility Service Center Agent will take a coordination role between CK stores, IT first line and Vendors for Facility assets. The Agent will be responsible for helping in dispatching WO to the right external Suppliers/Service providers, answering all Vendor's questions and cost control. The Service Center Agent will work closely with the Specialist Facility Service Center and the local maintenance Engineers in Denmark. The person who will take this position shall be open-minded, enthusiastic self-taught and ready to provide technical support to our sites.Your responsibilities:Technical support for assets and equipment located in CK storesFurther troubleshooting and advice to the reported technical/functional issues (including Nuvolo issues) transferred from 1st line supportOrdering maintenance and repair service from external Suppliers and follow up on deliveries (supervision according to the SLA for created WO)Maintain equipment documentation including specifications, warranties, life-cycle, maintenance needs and operating instructionsActive communication to all parties involved (SM, service companies, maintenance engineers, technicians, etc.) for effective problem resolutionCosts approvals and contacts with Finance Teams and Vendors to solved payments related problemsQualifications:Fluent Danish language skillsVery good English and other foreign language is an advantageQuick learner, ambitious and well organized/structuredUniversity degree or equivalent working experience (technical university degree preferred)Higher education in mechanic, electric or similar (technical university degree preferred)Experience in technical support as advantageAbility to understand customer demands and come up with solutions to their problemsHigh service orientationGood teamwork skillsWhat do we offer:Contract of employmentAnnual bonusPrivate medical careCafeteria Platform/MultisportLanguage lessons subsidized by the companyGroup insuranceAttractive discounts for products and services at our stationsEmployee stock purchase planEmployee Assistance Program (Lyra)Modern and convenient office that you can virtually visit here -Friendly work atmosphereIntegration eventsTrainingsPossibility to develop skill in a wide international environmentFeels like this is about you?Let us know that you are interested by applying!
