Payroll Specialist (German Market)
PL25/GDA/VN/PAYROLLSPECIALISTWe're seeking an experienced payroll expert to take ownership of German payroll operations within our international team. In this role, you'll ensure compliant and accurate payroll delivery, collaborate with external providers and support process improvements across the region.Project information:

Location: Gdańsk; hybrid working model
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Languages: English
Working hours: Mon-Fr (business working hours)
Salary range: 13000 - 15000 PLN gross (depending on the years of experience)

Responsibilities:Manage monthly German payroll and statutory requirementsPartner with vendors and internal teams to drive accuracy and efficiencyAct as a go-to contact for payroll queries and auditsProvide reports, reconciliations and support on regional payroll initiativesContribute to process improvements and cross-country payroll supportRequirements:2+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on work with German payrollSolid knowledge of German payroll law and complianceFluent EnglishStrong Excel skillsDetail-focused, collaborative and problem-solving mindsetWe offer:
