You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop sourcing strategies that attract the best talent.Key responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from role briefing to offer
Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms using advanced search techniques
Identify and attract candidates with foreign language skills (Danish, Finnish, German)
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
Represent Arla at career events, webinars, and through digital channels

The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping recruitment projects on track
A passion for promoting an employer brand and representing the organisation in the talent market

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in managing full recruitment cycles
Proven skills in sourcing, including success in hiring multilingual talent (Danish, Finnish, German)
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern talent search tools
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
