- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in quality management, preferably in customer-facing roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, FMEA, ISO standards).
- Proven ability to coordinate and lead initiatives across multiple sites and teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
