Ensure the proper execution of the processes according to O-I policies and procedures, and support various business case calculations.You will also support the Global Procurement Finance Team with budgeting, closing, and forecasting, handling confidential financial data. This role involves regular interaction with the Procurement Team and Finance Team. The impact is more supportive, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with O-I policies and procedures.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the month-end closing and forecasting process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Assist in the preparation of reports/analysis to allow for timely and insightful analysis of financial results
Assist with data gathering, consolidation, and reporting for various forecast areas in conjunction with Global Procurement Finance Team
Work with the Global Procurement Finance Team and Procurement members to develop and maintain best practices for managing information
Ensure that information is timely, accurate, relevant, and reliable
Active participation in Procurement Controlling projects

Qualifications

Student status of 4th or 5th year of Finance or Data Science and Business Analytics
Proficient in English min. B2/C1
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
IT Skills (SQL, Python and Power BI) as a plus
Experience in Data Analytics as a plus, project included
