
Payroll Specialist with Hebrew

- Manage end-to-end payroll process for Israel and selected EMEA markets
- Process and control all payroll-related payments (employees, tax authorities, social security offices)
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide employee support
- Act as Single Point of Contact for HR and Finance teams
- Review and validate payroll-related journal entries into the general ledger
- Manage relationships with external payroll vendors
- Analyze the impact of legal changes on payroll (taxes, social security, benefits)
- Prepare payroll reports and financial analyses
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, including mandatory experience with Israel payroll
- Excellent command of English and Hebrew
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with data entry, validation, and reporting
- Proactive approach, good organization and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and team spirit
- Experience with Workday and/or Oracle
