- Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers
- You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for couriers using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Create and publish job advertisements on job portals
- You are eager to work with candidates over the phone, are open, and can communicate well in Polish/English
- You can organize your work effectively.
- You have initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or a call center.
- Your English skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1).
- You can already build and maintain relationships with candidates/clients.
- You know the job market and recruitment tools in the area of temporary staffing.
- You know the basics of labor law (including GDPR).
