- From PLN 25,000 net (B2B) + PLN 10,000 (Management Contract) + 20 paid days off.
- From PLN 29,000 gross (Employment Contract).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in software delivery or consulting, including minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional delivery organizations (50+ people).
- Track record managing fixed-price, outcome-based, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, quality assurance, and DevOps practices.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and client stakeholders in commercial contexts.
- Exposure to scale-up and enterprise environments across multiple geographies.
- Fluency in delivery metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- High ownership mentality: treating margin, quality, and team performance as personal responsibilities.
- Crisis leadership: operating well under pressure and bringing clarity during uncertainty.
- Commercial acumen: understanding how delivery impacts revenue, margin, and client lifetime value.

- Background in consulting or agency settings such as multi-client, fast-paced, and margin-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of delivery economics including pricing, margin modeling, and forecasting.
- Experience delivering AI or LLM-based software projects.
- Track record scaling delivery in remote-first or distributed environments.
- Success in turnaround or post-crisis recovery roles.
- Technical background such as former developer, architect, or engineering manager.
- Own delivery P&L, driving gross margin, client profitability, and billing efficiency across the organization.
- Co-own company strategy with the C-level team, with a focus on operational scalability, service delivery, client retention, and margin optimization.
- Define and evolve the long-term delivery vision; serve as the owner of the delivery offering.
- Oversee the entire project and program portfolio, ensuring all engagements meet standards for time, budget, quality, and scope.
- Lead C-level conversations with clients around delivery models, risk, innovation, and organizational partnerships.
- Partner with Sales in negotiating critical MSAs; serve as the highest escalation point.
- Reboot the delivery leadership model to increase accountability, autonomy, and focus on results.
- Lead the turnaround of fixed-price project delivery through robust risk management and pricing discipline.
- Build stronger bridges between sales and delivery to ensure margin-positive proposals.
- Embed a performance and ownership culture in delivery, from DLs to engineers.
- Overhaul engineering culture by setting clear expectations, role clarity, and excellence standards.
- Launch a system for early detection and escalation of delivery issues before they escalate.
- Co-lead account expansion plans with client partners and growth teams.
- Design and enforce delivery KPIs that reflect margin, quality, and client value.
- Elevate top performers and build a succession pipeline for key leadership roles.
- Be a strategic partner to the CEO in shaping the operational backbone of the business.
