Junior Financial Controller

• Providing support in business planning, forecasts and budgeting
• Monitoring and analyzing variances between budgets and actual numbers
• Taking part in implementing and providing SOX controls
• Supporting Financial Controller and Controlling Manager in day-to-day operations (calculations, analysis, preparing regular reviews (actual vs. forecast), collaborating on reporting/ controlling tools development
• Collecting budget inputs from head of departments
• Collaborating with the Accounting and Payroll team, as well financial team based HQ (London)

• High education (preferably in economics, finance, statistics).
• 2 years of experience gained in finance, ideally in accounting/controlling/ data analytics/ reporting/ audit.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Excel - must have (Power BI, Power Pivot knowledge would be an asset but is not a must Accuracy and meticulousness in the data processing).
• Ability and habit of self-checking.
• Practical experience with Comarch Optima will be an advantage.
• Very good command of spoken and written English (B2) will make it easier for you to work with our colleagues from other countries.
• Strong quantitative skills combined with problem-solving abilities.
• Above-average communication to help you report results in a clear, concise and persuasive manner.
• Growth mindset, high level of independence and adaptability.
• Excellent command of Polish (spoken and written) required due to the local nature of the role.
