This results in a digital way of working and requires a proactive mindset.We are searching for a Business Intelligence Partner who will be the part of the team which creates a data-driven culture which empowers leaders to integrate data into daily decisions and strategic planning.In this role, you will create a data-driven culture which empowers leaders to integrate data into daily decisions and strategic planning. We aim to provide visibility, transparency, and guidance regarding the quantity and quality of results, activities, financial KPIs, and leading indicators to easily identify trends aimed at data-based decision-making.You will also partner with the Regional and global BI customers within Randstad Enterprise (who can include but not limited to Data engineering, Operational Teams, Internal teams and Randstad Enterprise clients) and provide business solutions through data for one of our biggest client.What you will do:

Drive results through the data insights - using client data and insights to provide observations, recommendations and contribute to ongoing business discussions and decision making.
Oversee the end to end delivery of regional and global account and client BI reporting
Develop processes and strategies to consolidate, automate, and improve reporting and dashboards/data visualization for the external client and internal stakeholders.
Solicit feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Develop strong working relationships with the client stakeholders and account leads
Serve as a functional and technical data visualization and business intelligence subject matter expert.
Be the liaison between the consumers/ops teams and the data engineering teams
Implement and reinforce tools including standards, procedures, and documentation
Work with the agreed parameters, SLAs and KPIs
Execute continuous process improvement process

What we would like you to have:

Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
Knowledge of general database functions, data storage, data models, SQL, and data transfer protocols
MSP and/or SOW experience is highly preferred, particularly Fieldglass VMS but other VMS system experience would be an asset too.
Project Management and/or process improvement experience highly preferred
Working knowledge of data visualization tools (preferred to have an experience with Data Studio, Domo, Tableau, GCP).
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in a similar role or MI/Business Intelligence/Data Science/Analytics background is essential
Ability to prioritize/manage multiple projects and analyze data and translate it to non tech (layman's) people.
Ability to write Intermediate SQL scripts
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a well-organized, structured approach to work.
