- Understand the Organizational unit framework for your area and execute all changes required to maintain the organizational structure (utilizing Fusion & OU Maintenance)
- Assist in managing headcount logistics; including role approval, administration and tracking.
- Take part in financial analytics and preparation for Monthly Financial Forecast
- Assist in delivery of monthly reporting requirements; requiring availability first 2 weeks of each month (not limited to):
- Vendor invoice management
- analyze and evaluate processes, products and services
- Find and implement solutions
