As an MDM Senior Process Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our global operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of master data that powers our business. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to make a difference through precision and process excellence, this is the role for you.What will you be doing?You’ll be part of the Customer and Vendor Centre of Excellence team, supporting global vendor and customer master data processes. Your day will involve:Processing master data requests across ERP systems (SAP, Axapta) and workflow toolsCreating and maintaining Winshuttle scripts for automation and performing mass uploadsMapping SAP vendors with Ariba and supporting data migration from legacy systemsCoordinating and resolving data conflicts, generating reports, and participating in harmonisation workshopsEnsuring data governance and integrity, maintaining SOPs and documentation, and supporting training initiativesYou’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and accurate data operations across the organisation.What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being detail-oriented, tech-savvy and a great communicator.Bring at least 3 years of experience in MDM, ideally in a global environment with vendor and customer master dataDemonstrate strong skills in SAP, including mass uploads and script developmentShow a solid understanding of data management principles and governanceBe fluent in English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsBe flexible to work shifts aligned with US hours if neededHave advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skillsBe comfortable working in a distributed team and contributing to international projectsYou.
