- Deep understanding of agricultural clients, with sensitivity to farmers’ needs, priorities, and concerns
- Ability to connect authentically with farmers and “speak their language”
- French language (native or proficient) and comfortable communicating in English in a work context
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally in international B2C direct sales
- Excellent listening and analytical skills — able to ask insightful questions and adapt based on what you learn
- Ambitious and outgoing, with confidence in achieving challenging sales goals
- Based in France
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the agriculture sector — experience in precision agriculture is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery and/or precision agriculture technologies
- Familiarity with GPS, telematics, and other precision and digital farming tools
