English min. B2
2 year of experience with treasury, accounts payable (Payments), banking
Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system,
F&A background will be an asset
Experience in Cash in banking and payments
Team player and supportive for other team members.
Good organization, keep the documentation in order, ensure the accuracy and completeness of data/materials/products
Focus on continuous improvement of accounting processes to increase quality and efficiency
Handle inquiries from internal customers and outsourcing partners in a timely manner.
Build positive working relationships
Your key activities:
Perform electronic and manual bank payments (including payments to external and internal vendors, employees, payroll VAT etc).
Post bank statements daily,
Process other transactions including accruals, corrections and other journal entries,
Ensuring proper approval of payments and conducting other necessary checks priory executing payments.
Conduct bank reconciliations,
Handle foreign exchange rate processes,
Handling regular and rush payments
Assist with month end reporting,
