
Customer Support with German

- Management of employee data collected in the context of local public transport
- Execution of employee registration and deregistration, changes to customer data as well as final clarification of invoice inquiries and payment processing up to the conclusion of the contracts
- Maintenance of the contracts
- Preparation of a monthly report fomam juz r the performance team
- Control of invoices and processing of incoming and outgoing mails
- Support and cover other team services as required, such as courier services, site inspections, and one-off administrative tasks
- Handling of incoming complaints
- Supplier management and communication with the transport company
- Communication and information to employees
- Knowledge of German required, but also the ability to communicate in English
- Experience in customer service, call center or debt collection
- Office or data entry experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- MS skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence in communicating to customers at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills
