- Processing and controlling the warranty claims
- Creating and optimizing the SAP warranty check
- Processing and monitoring of the guarantee and quality data
- SAP Model master / Customer master setup and maintenance
- Controlling costs
- Being first line support for Horizon issues
- Managing daily credit limit
- Arranging stock disposal
- 2-3 years of professional experience (field service, after-sales service)
- Technical and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Service orientation
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must
- Availability to come to the office
- Good knowledge of SAP- nice to have
