- Gaining new customers (public and private) as well as ensuring retention and satisfaction of existing users of BD Vacutainer blood collection system
- Adapting and implementing consultative selling process to public tenders regulations in Polish healthcare system
- Working daily with CRM system to maximize sales process efficiency
- Participating and supporting tendering department in applying for tenders for blood collection systems
- Training and supporting customers on effective and efficient usage of BD Vacutainer blood collection system
- Collecting and evaluating the market information on preanalytical systems including KOLs mapping, end-users pricing, competitors’ overview, market potential
- Cooperating with KOLs to promote BD Vacutainer
- Contribute to local marketing communication activities
- Cooperating within with other BD businesses to approach the market with cross-business value proposition
- Supporting teamwork: sharing of ideas and information within team mates
- Ensure BD Values, professional and ethical standards are maintained.
- Educational background in the laboratory medicine, biology, or biotechnology, molecular biology
- 1-3 years track record in the diagnostic industry on sales related position, with proven success
- Knowledge of laboratory processes and techniques in molecular biology and/or microbiology
- Good orientation on the medical devices market and its opinion-forming environment is a plus
- Good command of English / Fluent in Polish
