At Reckitt, you are more than just a financial analyst - you're a trusted navigator in the vast sea of numbers, guiding our business with precision through financial analysis and data scrutiny. Review and manage open trade accruals, with a focus on timely highlighting the risks.
Coordinate regularly with Sales through periodic meetings and daily communication for urgent matters.
Approve accrual increases in cases of overspending and validate the timely closure of completed accruals.
Set up annual rebate agreements in the system and update them as needed throughout the year to reflect business changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of trade claims and related deductions.
Handle internal and external audit requests by providing timely and accurate documentation and explanations.
Ensure adherence to global and local finance and trade policies, as well as RFCF controls.
Manage and enforce trade governance, compliance, and controls.
Act as the single point of contact for the local team regarding all GFS-related matters.
Support in audit requests.

The experience we're looking for

Strong knowledge of O2C processes, with hands-on experience in trade spend management, deduction resolution, and accrual tracking.
Strong understanding of R2R processes, particularly in managing and validating trade accruals, accrual reversals, and alignment with general ledger postings.
Prior experience in CPG industry, with good understanding of trade structures, promotional mechanics, and customer deduction behavior.
Solid finance background, with experience in financial controls, accounting principles, and end-to-end trade finance operations.
Expertise in financial and trade compliance.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), especially in rebate setup, accrual management.
