- Management of projects in the commercial office, industrial and retail sectors, construction consulting and technical due diligence preparation,
- Owning responsibility for assigned projects related tasks and activities,
- Support in definition of project objectives,
- Develop a detailed project plan and project budget,
- Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and programme,
- Manage project changes,
- Project risks management,
- Manage the relationship with the client and vendors,
- Negotiate agreements with subcontractors and ensure that the signed contract secures the interest of JLL, cooperate with lawyers if the need arises and consult/present the final version with/to the management of P&DS,
- Be responsible for preparation of proper project documentation,
- Delegate project tasks to junior staff members on a basis of individual skills and experience,
- Close out project (handover, snagging, final account),
- Good understanding of construction law regulations,
- Cross sell other services to clients whilst at meetings,
- Support the management of P&DS in identifying new potential clients as well as potential services,
- Marketing, including participation in efforts to win work, presentations, and proposals, defining further services, strategies for sourcing new clients,
- Ensure that each new project is followed by signing a cooperation agreement,
- Support the management of P&DS in developing assigned/dedicated service line,
- Chase up any late payments for services delivered,
- Provide support and advice to other business lines and JLL’s departments,
- Organize trainings for clients and JLL staff if applicable,
- Attend business development events and conference calls,
- Assist the team in achieving department`s annual target,
- Coaching and mentoring to junior staff members,
- Comply with the JLL Code of Ethics.
- Strong PM and engineering background,
- Outgoing personality and enthusiastic, can-do approach to work,
- Strong consulting/business winning/client management skills,
- Commercial acumen and interest in the wider real estate market,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with others,
- Ability to work accurately under time pressure and manage multiple commitments,
- IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office package and MS Project,
- Fluent written and spoken English,
- Highly developed presentation skills,
- Time management skills,
- Ability to read technical drawings,
- Basic AutoCad skills.

- Over 4 years of professional experience,
- Facilities management experience of operating on a Client account is desirable,
- Customer relationship management experience required.
- Relevant civil engineering or similar university degree,
- Situable PM, or construction qualification.
