- Develop and optimize promotional, trigger-based, and transactional communications
- Enhance existing and explore new customer communication channels (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Work with key metrics: Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate
- Audience segmentation: cohorts and user groups
- Configure and launch bonus and promo mechanics tailored for different audiences
- Create and validate hypotheses to improve company performance
- Automate successful tests and scale proven solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: content, analytics, marketing
- 1+ year of experience in the gambling industry (casino / sports betting) as a CRM / Retention Manager
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Adaptability, responsibility, flexibility
- Readiness to work in a high-load, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of and ability to navigate sports events (football, UFC, etc.)
